Quickly and easily replace bulk bags with your forklift without removing the entire bulk bag suspender frame.

This Bulk Bag Suspender Frame is sized to fit a Gruber Ground Hopper, but it has two additional features compared to the standard Bulk Bag Suspender Frame - including Bag Hanger height adjustment to fit just about any bulk bag size, and more importantly, use a forklift to pickup just the bag hanger with its bulk bag attached) and bring it down to reload and then re-lift it back into position - all without stopping or pausing production. The entire frame itself can also be removed and replaced on top of the Ground Hopper during production. This provides additional inline material storage capacity for longer production runs without interruption. Other sizes and configurations available.

This adds an entire super sack worth of extra material capacity to your production process, and extends the time you can run and produce product. Since the super sack is an indirect source of material, you can quickly replace an empty sack while your primary supply of material is being used - so you can continuously run in many cases by continually reloading super sacks as needed! That can result in huge improvements in productivity, and eliminate costly production delays in material reloading! 

This adjustment suspender frame can accommodate just about any size super sack with its adjustable height feature. The bag hanger portion of this is positioned on a cradle that can be height adjusted a maximum of 9 inches of vertical travel – in 3 inch minimum increments. Maximum clearance for the bulk bag is 68 inches when the adjustable frame is fully raised, and when fully lowered, the minimum clearance is 59 inches. That clearance includes the total bag height, including the height of the bag straps.
