Gelcoat Conveyors are used to transfer molds into Spray Booths for application of Gelcoat prior to casting.
Multi-Level Skate Wheel Mold Conveyors are essential production line equipment, and are used to easily transfer molds throughout the plant. They provide exceptional flexibility in routing your molds through the shop. These multi-level conveyors also are useful as mold storage, and can be configured as either "in-line" with your multi-level skate wheel conveyors, or as a free-standing 12' Mold Storage System.
Multi-Level Skate Wheel Conveyors are available in a number of levels - from 1 level up to eight levels. Generally however, from 1 to 5 levels is most common.
Generally, Multi-Level Conveyors are configured in 10' (foot) sections, starting with a "Complete" module, then "adding" additional 10' length sections to that initial complete unit as needed to create the full length required. In addition, either 5' sections or 12' sections are also available to create the exact length run you need for any application.
The A11 Double-Wide Skate Wheel Conveyor system provides a convenient and uniform way to move molds throughout your manufacturing process around the entire factory. Excellent for handling very large panel and tub molds.
