"Air-Thing" Pneumatic Demolder Tool

Pneumatic Air Thing

The Pneumatic Air-Thing is a sturdy tool used to demolding marble castings utilizing compressed air. When inserted into the polydome cavity, the Air-Thing facilitates the release of the marble from the mold. For small castings, the handles may be used to lift the marble from the mold. This tool also works great in fiberglass shops to quickly demold parts! With this device, as with all air-operated equipment, strict adherence to instructions is recommended.

Cup Lifters

Easily de-mold heavy cast parts like bathtubs and panels with these 2 and 4-cup lifters.

The process of demolding large, heavy panels from their molds can be effortlessly accomplished with these Panel Lifters. The unit’s four large suction cups are lowered to the panel and attached by switching on the unit’s two vacuum pumps. Following slight lifting to attach safety straps, the unit is activated to lift the panel up and away from the mold and over to a waiting conveyor for finishing.

Demold Gantries

Easily de-mold heavy cast parts like bathtubs and panels with these 4-leg or 6-leg Demold Gantries.

Simplify and reduce the time required to demold heavy cultured marble or solid surface cast parts and reduce stress and damage to molds caused by manual demolding.

Bridge Crane

Easily lift molds or parts, or de-mold bathtubs and panels with this versatile bridge crane.

Gruber Systems Gel coat Curing Tunnel
The Gel Coat Heat Curing Tunnel is an excellent way to accelerate the cure time for gelcoated molds. Utilizing a heater and blower to move warm air across the surface of molds, curing times can be cut by more than 50%*, while at the same time enabling a better, more durable cure.

Gruber Systems Variable Speed Gelcoat Tunnel (VSGT)

Leaning into a gelcoat tunnel to either pull or shove a heavy mold down the line will become a “task from the past” with our Variable Speed Gelcoat Tunnel (VSGT). This tunnel provides precise and automatic movement of molds through the gelcoat curing process. By automatically moving the molds through the tunnel, labor associated with mold moving can be reduced and precise gelcoat cure times can be obtained.

Gruber Systems Post Cure Heat Room

The Post Cure Heat Room is designed to accelerate the complete polymerization (curing) of solid surface panels prior to finishing.
