The Pneumatic Air-Thing is an essential sturdy tool used to demold marble bowl castings from the mold. These tools utiilize a compressed air supply attached to the tool to quickly and effortlessly release the cast part from the mold surface - greatly simplifying demolding of bowls, sinks and modular vanities.
Two types of Air Things are available:
Air Thing for use with Polydomes/Polycollars for demolding vanity bowls when polydomes are used ing the casting process
Air Thing for use with Drain Bosses to demold bowls when an aluminum drain boss is used in the casting process. Drain Bosses are often used in modular vanities and floating bowls instead of a polydome, captive nut assembly or suction cup assembly.

The process of demolding large, heavy panels from their molds can be effortlessly accomplished with these Panel Lifters. The unit’s four large suction cups are lowered to the panel and attached by switching on the unit’s two vacuum pumps. Following slight lifting to attach safety straps, the unit is activated to lift the panel up and away from the mold and over to a waiting conveyor for finishing.

This tunnel provides precise and automatic movement of molds through the gelcoat curing process. By automatically moving the molds through the tunnel, labor associated with mold moving can be reduced and precise gelcoat cure times can be obtained.
