Extended length, 180 degree swiveling casting tray extension puts the matrix where you need it when filling large molds used by Polymer Concrete Manufacturers and others.
This new device solves those issues in two ways:

This Pneumatic Swivel Casting Trough features a 73" length casting trough, mounted to a swivel base. From the point the matrix drops out of the mixing barrel, the matrix exits the Autocaster mixing barrel, drops down into the casting trough, slides down the chute another 60 inches or so, then drops into the mold.

The swivel feature allows the casting trough to swivel out 90 degrees in either direction, for a total of 180 degrees of rotation.

- Pneumatically activated foot-pedal controls raise or lower the casting trough to pause or restart casting (use between molds)
During operation, the casting trough angles down 15 degrees to encourage the flow of matrix down the chute. At certain times, you may want to pause or not pore any additional matrix, and you can use two includes foot pedals to raise or lower the casting trough up - to either horizontal or tilted slightly upward; and use the other pedal to lower it back down when you're ready to resume casting again and want it tilted downward.
