The Batchmaster II+ Batching Machine uses stored recipes to automate the measuring and dispensing of raw materials. These materials include resin and fillers (calcium carbonate or ATH usually) in the base machine, and optionally catalyst and liquid base color pigments.

Use of this system will automate raw material measuring by quickly and accurately dispensing raw materials from stored recipes on the system - reducing the time and reducing the potential errors from manual measuring and mixing, and reducing wastage and spillage.
The default volumetric metering is used for the fastest cycle times, since resin and filler can be metered and dispensed simultaneously, and if added, catalyst and/or base colors must be metered volumetrically.
Advanced, Intuitive PLC-based Control System
The Batchmaster II+ includes a sophisticated, yet intuitive PLC-based control system which is accessed by a touch screen equipped control panel. The system stores up to 100 percentage-based recipes. Four pre-set batch size buttons are provided for push-button batch size changes, or specify any custom amount. Effortlessly retrieve stored recipes, or quickly access your 10 most used recipes with the “Next/Step” button. The AUTO BATCH button to automatically dispense the materials in your currently loaded recipe in the sequence you prefer.
Batchmaster includes resin heating system to heat resin by as much as 40 degrees above ambient temperature if required in the coldest climates. Totalizers for resin and fillers are included in the system.

Weight Loss Scale System (for Batchmaster II or II+)
An optional Weight Loss Scale system can be added for higher accuracy filler metering since it measures and dispenses based on powder weight. Volumetric filler metering can have considerable variability due to inconsistencies in filler packing density, ambient moisture, or “bridging” of powder. The Weight Loss Scale system utilizes load cell technology to provide accurate delivery based on the recipe used. Included with this option is a Filler Hopper extension that adds about 20% more powder capacity to the Metering Hopper. Order No. 180389
Catalyst Dispenser (for Batchmaster II or II+)
Catalyst can be added to recipe and metered/dispensed with your recipe (in any dispensing sequence you'd like) with this optional Catalyst module. Its operation is completely controlled by Batchmaster. Catalyst is always metered volumetrically. Order No. 150127
Base Color Metering System
Base Color can be added to the system via optional modular add-on units. The metering and dispensing of these materials is controlled by Batchmaster, and are always metered volumetrically.

Weight Gain Scale System
The Weight Gain scale is positioned under the mix pot, and using load cell technology, the system continuously weighs the resin and filler as it is dispensed separately until it reaches its recipe amount, where it stops dispensing. Order No. 180390
Add a second Filler Metering Hopper
Add a second filler metering hopper if you need to meter two different fillers. The second hopper can be metered volumetrically, or also equipped with a weight loss scale system. The second Hopper would be mounted on a separate stand and be located in close proximity to the Batchmaster II+. Second Filler Metering Hopper.
