AUTOMATED SANDING SYSTEMS FOR CAST POLYMER MANUFACTURING
Gruber Systems Panel Sanders are a single head sanding machine perfectly suited for use in the cast polymer and solid surface manufacturing to quickly remove undesired material and provide a consistent uniform thicknesss to flat parts, including wall panels, back and side splashes, trims and more. Unwanted material is removed in passes, choosing from sanding belts from 24 - 320 grit to offer a variety of finishes. These machines provide a uniform and consistent part thickness with minimal labor compared to manual sanding, and greatly reduce finishing time and finishing labor costs.
Primarily for sanding smooth, or efficiently reducing solid surface panel thickness. Some other cast polymer applications.

The 15” Sander features a powerful 7½ horsepower motor driving a single 15” sanding head. The 15” Sander can accomodate up to 15" wide parts such as back and side/end splashes, window sills, and trim panels and more. It utilizes sanding belts ranging from 36 - 320 grit to offer a wide variety of finishes.
